Any 3Ls Want to Engage in the Unauthorized Practice of Law?

A tipster sends us this ad.  Really, a hundred bucks isn't bad . . . but what would Professor Balnave (or Professor Hylton) say? :

We are a small start-up Foundation, and need someone to review a disclaimer statement we will be issuing for an iPod app that we will
be bringing to market.

I would like a final year UVa law student to do this, and make us safe.

1. Open thread Fridays: make it happen!!!

2. My firm wants me to choose between two start dates that are two weeks apart. Are there any strong reasons (aside from the $6k) for choosing one over the other?

1. What this thread consist of? Pls explain.

2. There are likely many concerns - 2 weeks pay is nice, if you plan on working at the firm for only a limited time to pay off your loans, that's two weeks earlier you can leave, you might feel it's good to get in the grind sooner. On the other hand, it's going to be quite a while before you have two straight weeks (tacked on to several months more) of vacation.

Open thread = just invite readers to comment on anything/everything that's on their mind.
